End line evaluation

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), Ethiopia; End line evaluation of UNICEF-KOICA MNCH project (October 2018-September 2019):

UNICEF-KOICA MNCH project was a 9 million USD project, implemented in selected zones of Oromia and SNNP regions of Ethiopia from 2015-2018 to strengthen health systems and capacities to improve MNCH services. Along with baseline, ABH also designed and implemented the end line evaluation of this project. Using the OECD-DAC criteria, the ABH team evaluated the project against pre-agreed indicators, documented challenges, and lessons learned during project initiation, delivery stages, and closure.
